The Matrix boasts a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week, 8,000 square foot fitness facility equipped with the newest cardio and weight training equipment available from LifeFitness, Hammerstrength and Cybex. The Matrix cardio equipment is fully loaded with individual cable TV tops, iPod jacks and USB cable ports letting you download your workout summaries! It is also unique in that parents can observe their children in the tumbling center while working out in the cardio area. PlayCare for children under age 13 and an array of group fitness classes are offered throughout the day. Personal trainers are available to coach and encourage people to reach their goals one-on-one. Please call or ask about availability and rates of our personal training staff.
Program Information: Membership agreements are for 12 months, but are transferable if desired. Agreements are set up on a monthly bankdraft plan, automatic billing or may be paid in full. When you become a member, you will receive a convenient key card that will allow you door access anytime you want to work out! The Matrix is equipped with 24-hour monitored security cameras and the entire staff is CPR trained in the event of an emergency. There are two AEDs on site so that you can always feel safe when working out at The Matrix.
Membership: Memberships start at $45.00/month and discounts are available for families whose children are enrolled in the Tumbling & Trampoline and/or All-Star cheerleading program. There is a one-time $75.00 Registration and Assessment fee. The Matrix Personal Trainers will be glad to give you a tour, help you set up a tailored work out and even calculate your "beginning" body fat percentage, BMI, and weight, if you so desire. The Matrix also has a variety of different membership options to best suit individual needs. Grab a few friends and come join in the fun atmosphere, while getting into the best shape of your life! If you would like to come tryout The Matrix Fitness Facility while you are visiting Huntsville, the cost is $10 per visit + a liabilty waiver.

PlayCare: Since The Matrix is a family-friendly facility, we have a place for everyone! Children under the age of 13 can participate in the program. Just sign up for the service when you start your Fitness membership or anytime thereafter! PlayCare is available Monday - Friday 8am-11am and Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-7:30pm. Proper paperwork MUST be filled out before you may leave a child(ren) in PlayCare.

The Matrix offers everything from Pilates to BELLYDANCING! The Matrix is also one of the only Les Mills gyms in the area! Group Fitness classes are available daily and are held upstairs in the Group Fitness Room. They are complimentary for our Fitness members or $10.00/class to non-members. Non-members can also purchase Group Fitness passes that are 10 classes for $60.00. March Schedule
Personal Training: The Matrix has two Personal Trainers on staff that are available around the clock if you are looking for that "extra" push to get in shape! Both are fully certified and would love to help you reach your fitness goals! Please inquire at the desk about rates and discounted packages that are available for Personal Training.
